2015 Babe Ruth

MCAA Babe Ruth (ages 13-15)

The season will be 10-14 games followed by a double elimination playoffs. Anticipated start time is mid-to-late April, depending upon the condition of the fields, ending mid-to-late June.
Games will be played against teams from Amherst, Merrimack and Hollis/Brookline  We plan on having 2 games per week  - one on Monday or Wednesday, and one on SaturdayThis will ensure the games don't conflict the Milford Middle School Game schedule which are on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Weekday game and practice start times will be 5:45pm or later in the week so it wont conflict with School practices. The team will consist of 13-15 players. Once registration closes there will be a team meeting and potential tryouts if there are more than 15 players.
Babe Ruth is perfect for players who: play in Middle School (or early High School) who want to augment the short 12 game School schedule, players who didn't make the School team or players who cant commit to the rigorous School schedule who just want to play some ball!
Also, any player who is registered in MCAA Babe Ruth is qualified to tryout for the Summer  "Extreme Team" which with be a travel team made up of players from all the towns. This team(s) will be age based (e.g. 13u, 14u, 15u) and play on Sundays in local tournaments against other Extreme & AAU teams. Its All-Star Babe Ruth!

Great way to help out the MCAA programs

Help support the Milford Community Athletic Association programs!

All you need to do is mention “MCAA” at Milford Lumber Company when you bring in your propane tank(s) to be filled and the MCAA will get paid for sending you our way.

Milford Lumber and Ciardelli Fuel are partnering together to bring you a new service… liquid propane tank refills at Milford Lumber Company.  We want to spread the word about our new service and we thought this could be a great way to do it. Team up and spread the word to show your support for MCAA and two local businesses.

So remember to stop in at Milford Lumber and mention that MCAA sent you.  We will give the MCAA $1.50 for every tank you get filled! Offer good thru June 2014.
