MCAA Fall Baseball 2010

Fall Ball registration is now open. The goal of Fall Ball is to prepare the children for the league they will play in during the Spring 2011 season.

This year Milford will be participating in a league with teams from Hollis, Brookline, New Boston, Amherst, and Henniker. Typically each team will hold one practice during the week and a game on the weekend. Games will be played in all the above towns.

The goal of Fall Baseball is simple. To give the kids a chance to play some extra baseball, brush up and maintain their skills, prepare for the upcoming spring season, and most of all

 HAVE FUN.

Fall Baseball is open to all kids, ages 8-12 who will be playing either minor or major league Cal Ripken baseball  next spring (2010).
Fall Babe Ruth is open to players who will be league age 13-15 next spring (2010).

Information

When:     The season will run for eight weeks — dates *TBA*.

Where:    All games will be played either in Milford
                 or at Merrimack field.

Fee:         $40 per player Minors & Majors;
                $75 per player for Babe Ruth

Divisions

This year there are plans for 2 divisions to better differentiate age and skill levels.

Minor league: Ages 8 and 9 (i.e. expects to play in the minors in spring 2010)

Major league: Ages 10 and 11 (i.e. expects to play in the majors in spring 2010)
