July 2009—MCAA Supervisor of Umpires, Ross Herda, just returned from a trip to Delaware. He was at Sports At The Beach near Rehoboth Bay, Delaware for a week. Ross was invited down by a local 14 yr old AAU team, the Souhegan Valley Saints. While there, he umpired 9 games in 5 days. Teams that participated in the Summer Classic Tournament came from all over the country as did the other professional umpires. The above picture is an aerial photo of the complex.
